I Haven’t Been Here For A Long Time

So…I haven’t been here for quite a while now, due to some other events I needed to take care of. But, now I have come back! It is back to my blog again, hahahaha!!!

No, just kidding, but still, I am going to try to update weekly again, like I used to. But lately, I’ve been going through some epic Super Junior spazzes. How do I say this…I mean, I always like Super Junior, but lately, I’ve been really excited about them. Maybe it’s because the 2011 Golden Disk Awards are coming up, and I really, really, really, really, want Super Junior to win. There’s a reason for this, besides the fact that my favorite band deserves to win the biggest award.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Golden Disk Awards, think of it as the American Golden Globe Awards. Yep, the Daesung (term for the award) is the highest award an artists can get. Of course, there are various other esteemed awards, like the MNet MAMA Awards, but this one is definitely the biggest. In this category of awards, there are little sub categories, like the Asian Popularity Award, the Best Solo Artist Award, but if the band/group is overall one of the best, they get the award.

Super Junior won this award in the year 2009 for their 3rd Album, Sorry Sorry. I wasn’t even their fan back then, but they totally deserved that award. Now, in 2010 they released their 4th Album, Bonamana (Korean for ‘Obviously’) and it sold over 500, 000 copies. Album sales play a large part in the tallying of scores for the GDA (abbreviation of Golden Disk Awards). Do you want to know whether or not they won? Let me tell you the answer: they didn’t.

Before you go off saying, “Oh, they didn’t win one year, so she really wants them to win now.” It’s not that simple. Super Junior’s labelmate, SNSD (or Girl’s Generation) won with their album Oh!. And it was totally unfair.

This isn’t just the judgement of a deluded fan girl who can’t accept the fact that her favorite artist didn’t win, it’s true. Because the GDA management even released a statement about why Super Junior didn’t win.

Reason 1: Apparently, because the album sales between the two groups were so close, they decided to just give SNSD the award. Now how unfair is that? Come one, you judge based off of the facts, not because they were “so close you just let SNSD win.” If you checked the album sales online, there was a difference of around 50, 000 album sales between the two, Super Junior leading. I don’t call that “small.”

Reason 2: No artist can win it two years in a row. Ha, that’s amusing, because if you check back on the history of the GDA, there are plenty of artists who have won twice, or even three times, in a row. That’s a really good excuse.

Reason 3: Super Junior already won the Asia Popularity Award, so they can’t win two awards. If that’s the case, why didn’t you give them the bigger award that they deserved to win? Besides, like above stated, there are plenty of artists who have won more than one award, so GDA, pay more attention.

Reason 4: One of the judges was a certified SNSD fan. Like, he had actually joined their official fanclub. Based off of my experiences, judges should be unbiased and judge fairly. Emphasis on the fairly here.

So because we (ELF) can do much about it, we just to work hard and hope that Super Junior wins the GDA this year, because if SNSD wins again, I will go crazy… I will post another post about how unfairly Super Junior is treated by their company, and how favored SNSD is…. Ugh. It annoys me just thinking about it…

What Things?

What things do you own or would like to own to pursue your passion?

There’s the question for week 6 of the passion challenge. I’m sad to say, that because I live in the US, it’s hard for me to help buy the physical albums of Super Junior. After all, buying them on ITunes doesn’t contribute to the effort.

In South Korea, there’s an award called the Golden Disk Award which is rather like the Golden Globe Awards here in the United States. Basically, it’s one of the biggest awards an artist could ever win. Now, Super Junior won that in 2009 with their Sorry Sorry Album. In 2010, they were supposed to win the award, but they didn’t. Why? Various reasons, the main ones being that the judges for the GDA were being very biased.

Official Reasons Super Junior Didn’t Win

Yeah. Well, to get back on topic, the thing is that I can’t buy from ITunes, because it doesn’t count towards the Golden Disk Award, so I won’t be helping Super Junior win this year. And this really annoys me, because I can’t buy from the websites that count, seeing as they’re all in KOREAN. So I can’t read it…Sniffles. That’s so sad…

In a nutshell, I would LOVE to own copies of all the Super Junior albums. Physical ones, because then I could listen to them with a radio/DVD player, and I could support them, even if I could just contribute a little bit to them. I’m always longing to buy their albums, so I think that this year, I will ask my mother/father to buy me some of their albums. Of course, it will cost more since there’s shipping overseas, but hopefully they’ll agree.

A list of what I want for Super Junior stuff to continue pursuing my passion would be:

1. Sorry Sorry Album Ver. A

2. Sorry Sorry Album Ver. B

3. Sorry Sorry Album Ver. C

5. Bonamana Album

6. Bonamana Album Repackaged

7. Mr. Simple Album Ver. A

8. Mr. Simple Album Ver. B

9. Mr. Simple Album Repackaged

10. TICKETS TO SUPER SHOW 4

Oh yes, I so want to go to one of their Super Shows. I will go insane if I never attend any of their concerts. That is one of my fondest wishes, for real. SERIOUSLY. I MUST  GO TO ONE OF THEIR CONCERTS.

Just one, and I would be happy. Just to see them live and be able to take part of the fan chants and my life would almost be COMPLETE. No kidding. I would be the happiest person in h world, so can someone PLEASE get me a ticket?

So yeah. I don’t have much to say about  what I want to own for Super Junior, so…Yep.

Who? What?

Today’s ten week passion challenge topic is:

WHO or WHAT helps you pursue your passion?

Hahaha, this is a really easy post for me. If you haven’t read my other ones and followed this thing, then go do that know, because, if you have read all my other posts, you’ll know that I’m pretty much on my own for pursuing Super Junior as a passion.

…Okay, that sounded weird. But it’s okay, we’ll deal.

So anyways, it’s not technically correct to say that no one helps me pursue my passion. Let’s just say that my parents constantly tell me to stop and drop K-pop in general while my brother insults them daily. Yes, daily. It’s that bad.

All my friends couldn’t care less about what I like since they’re all used to me singing random Korean songs in school, so they really just find it annoying and horrible, even though most of them haven’t even heard their actual songs, just my demented version of their songs as I can not speak Korean fluently nor sing on tune. I guess that’s partly my fault.

HOWEVER.

Like I said, I’m not technically correct to say that I’m all alone, because I’m not. I have the rest of my family to support me.

But wait. Didn’t you just say that your family doesn’t help?

Yes I did. But it’s my other family that supports me. They might not be related to me by blood, but they’re all still my family.

What family am I talking about? Well, go back to my post about ELF, Super Junior’s official fan club. They’re my other family. Though I don’t know all of their faces of actual names, ELFs are always behind you if you are an ELF. Did you know that we have a reputation for being the easiest to get along with fan club? After all, we’re not like SONES of B2TY’s who go on different music videos to hate on their group. We just stay on our Super Junior music videos. Often times, you’ll see comments about how Super Junior helped them through hard times, and I can tell you that that is absolutely true for all of us. Whenever I’m upset of feeling down, just go listen to some Super Junior and I feel better.

Yeah, stop thinking in your head how shallow that is, because it isn’t. I doubt you’ve experienced what all we ELFs have with Super Junior. They remember to thank us in every single speech and Leeteuk, the leader, even said that if ELF wasn’t supporting them, then they had no right to be on stage. But we are always supporting them and one another. We’re more than just fans. We’re family.

Now, just go and post something about how your friends all insult Super Junior on Youtube, and you’ll get at least five replies back telling you not to feel bad about that and to just keep your faith in Super Junior. You say that you feel depressed, you’ll get comments telling you to cheer up. You ask where they’re having their next concert because you can go, you’ll get links to different websites to help you out and not one bad comment about it. Sure, they’ll say that they’re jealous and all, but they are jealous and wish you they best. That’s why I know I’ll never be alone when I’m pursuing my passion of Super Junior, because I’m not. I have my family of ELFs, and we’re Ever Lasting Friends to both Super Junior and one another.

Passion Week- How long do you spend on your passion?

…How long do I spend on my passion? Well, more than I can count. Goodness gracious, I spend nearly all of my time on Super Junior. No, not all of it, of course not. But I suppose that in a way, Super Junior does take up a lot of my time. I listen to their music while I do homework, (which takes around two or three hours), I write about them online (I publish a fan fiction online), and I watch their videos, read their news, watch their variety shows…I guess you could say that they take up a whole lot of my time. But I have my priorities straight, and I know what is more important.

But the thing I do regret is that I can’t really participate actively in their concerts and such. I can only watch their performances online, so I’ve never experienced being part of the Sapphire Blue Sea.

Don’t know what I’m referring to? Well, most bands in S.K. have their own fan club name and their own official color. Super Junior’s fan club is called ELFs, which stands for Ever Lasting Friends. They named it so because Super Junior treats their fans more than people who admire and love them, they treat them like their own friends. However, an alternate name is Ever Lasting Family, because all the ELFs and Super Junior are one family that supports one another. Truly, it’s a beautiful thing to be able to go online and see so many people who share the same passion as you for Super Junior and are willing to support you even if they don’t know you personally.

Now to get to the point of the Sapphire Blue Sea, the thing is that Super Junior’s official fan club color is sapphire blue. At their own huge Super Shows (their Asia tours), fans get light sticks that are handed out, and when the entire stadium is filled with that glowing light, that is a Sapphire Blue Sea. It is really one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen, even if I wasn’t there personally.

There are a few quotes that we (yes, I say we. I’m an official ELF too.) ELFs say about the Sapphire Blue Sea.

“I want to swim in a Sapphire Blue Sea”

“We’re living with the Sapphire Blue Sea”

These two are just a few of the ones that are used, but let me tell you, one of my most fervent wishes is to be  a part of the sapphire blue sea.

Aren’t they beautiful? I really really pray that I can go and be a part of this one day.

Oh My Gosh

Oh my goodness. Will you believe it? This is crazy. Epic. Not able to be described with words. Just…oh my gosh. This is crazy.

What is it that I am spazzing about so epically? Hm, let me give you a clue. It has to do with the topic for all my posts so far…

You got that right. Oh my gosh, Super Junior has just come back on Music Bank with ‘A-Cha’ their newest song. My goodness, I watched their stage, and it was amazing. Just…indescribable. Too amazing. Oh my gosh, just crazy. Super Junior are definitely the kings of K-pop. Seriously, there is no one who can defeat them and take the throne. No one is even close to their level. Sure, Big Bang, TVXQ, JYJ, and a few others may be popular in their own right, but Super Junior…oh my gosh.

Haha, get it? Super Junior’s song ‘A-Cha’ is an abbreviation for the Korean word of ‘Oh my Gosh.’ Wow. Just…epic. Epic. I really can’t get over it.

Super Junior’s stage was amazing. Great stage presence, the charisma was there as usual, their vocals really showed up in this one, smooth dance moves…everything was there.

…Except for a few people. Now, if there were a few things I’d be disappointed about, it would be the absence of a few people. Super Junior is a thirteen member group and a family of fifteen. Henry and Zhoumi are the two additional members only in their sub-group of Super Junior-M, so I understand why they’re not here. Kangin is doing his army duty, and Heechul is too. Siwon is filming for his new drama, Poseidon, so he couldn’t make it. Kibum…I have no idea what he’s doing. He’s hasn’t participated in Super Junior’s activities for a few years already, since he’s focusing on his acting career. Hangeng…the Chinese member, is gone for good. Hopefully not, though. Hangeng filed a lawsuit against their company for unlawful treatment of their artists and won his case, leaving for mainland China to become a solo singer.

Now, Super Junior has a lot of issues with their member numbers and their group. So you’d think that they’d try to avoid the subject, but no, they don’t. Super Junior has clearly stated that those who aren’t in their group at the moment are still a part of their group, and they are all brothers to one another, supporting one another in one big happy family.

This is why their fans say: “PROM15E 2 13ELIEVE, 10VE THE REMAINING MEMBERS.” Fifteen members in the family, thirteen in the main group, ten left after three have departed. Now there are only eight currently promoting, but don’t worry. This slogan is with us forever, as Super Junior is the Last Man Standing! (If you don’t know what I’m referring to, go take a look at the Superman MV that I posted in my second post.)

Now, back to the point. OH MY GOSH, Super Junior was just epic. Almost perfection. I say almost, because I don’t believe in perfection, but if there’s no such thing, Super Junior is pretty darn close to it.

So…because of my kind and loving heart, I will be sharing their amazing comeback stage with you, and their Music Video teaser, and their full audio of ‘A-Cha’ with English subs. Uh-huh. I’m just nice like that.

So, here you go.

….Okay…never mind. Edublogs won’t let me post it since it’s file size is too big, apparently. Sigh. Well then. I can still post the music video teaser, right?

Super Junior _A-CHA_TEASER

Yes it will. Excellent. Now, the full version with English subs?

Super Junior – A-Cha [English subs + Romanization + Hangul] HD

Excellent. Then…we’re done for this post! Too bad you couldn’t see their live stage…If I insert in the link…let me see…

Super Junior-A-CHA: Comeback Stage

Dude….it worked. That’s so cool. I’m really proud of myself now! Happiness~~

P.S.- By the way, the English subbed version has been pitched and lowered, so it won’t sound the same as the others.

Who shares your passion?

…As you can tell by the post title, this is part of the ten week passion challenge about who shares my passion. Hm, who shares my passion….

See, this is a hard thing. The most annoying thing is, nearly everybody I hang out with think that Super Junior and K-pop in general are gay, sucky, horrible, lame, a waste of time, etc. Some people just laugh upon seeing the video’s or what not. My parents opt to cover their ears while my friends like to tell me to shut up.

Now, from this crowd of people, who in the world would share my passion?

There is J, but she’s a VIP. VIP’s are Big Bang’s official fan club. Big Bang is another K-pop group, but I don’t really like them. J does, but lately she tells me that she’s starting to get bored of them and that she thinks that Super Junior’s Donghae is hot. I’m not going to disagree with that.

Other than her, I can’t really think of others. I mean, I met a freshman from the same high school my brother goes to who likes Super Junior too, but she doesn’t know as much nor like them as much as I do. It’s sad, because the only people I know who share my passion for Super Junior…I don’t know them. They’re the people who comment about Super Junior online and that kind of stuff. So I don’t know any of them personally, which somewhat depresses me. Somehow, I wish that I would be able to actually have a conversation with someone about Super Junior instead of them just nodding their heads and pretending to listen while I rant. That would be one of the nicest things, I think.

A Very Normal Day

So, as you might be able to tell by the title of this post, this was a very normal day. I’m sad, because I really wanted to go somewhere tomorrow, but it turns out I can’t. Not like I never will go, but my mother says that I’ll go next month. Sadness…

But, to get back on the topic of this being a normal day, nothing much has to be said. No big dramas happened during school (maybe a few small ones), no bad grades, no exciting classes….Yep, today was an extraordinarily normal day. Is that good or bad? I’m not sure. But I don’t really care.

If I don’t care, then why am I posting this? Because I’m really bored right now. And if I’m bored, I think I might as well attach a link to a song I’ve been having stuck in my head for AGES. Not the type of stuck in your head that makes it keep replaying over and over and over again, but one that’s lyrics have really actually been with me for a while. It’s a really good song, and it’s by Super Junior’s Kyuhyun. He’s one of their lead vocalists, and this was an OST (background music for a drama) for a drama called ‘King of Baking.’ Now, I haven’t actually watched that specific drama, but who knows? I might. But I know that I really really love this song by Kyuhyun.

Kyuhyun …..Hope Is A Dream That Doesn’t Sleep

And might as well…This is another OST by Super Junior’s Yesung, sung for the Tazza drama. I really like this one too. Yesung is another of Super Junior’s lead vocals. There are three in total, and I’m also going to post one of the last ones OST (one of them, he’s sung more than one) below this. I shall grace you with the English subbed version.

Love Really Hurts …. Yesung

And….last but not least, it’s Super Junior’s Ryeowook! He’s got a really nice voice (not that the other two don’t) and he’s another of the lead vocals. He’s also the second youngest in the group. And, as a side note, Yesung is the fourth oldest. Ha, big age difference much? Anyways, this is an OST for a drama called Home Sweet Home, and it’s called Smile Again. I really, really like this one. I like all of the ones I put on here.

[Engsub Lyrics] Smile Again – Ryeowook [Home sweet home OST]

Finally, we’ve got a song by all three of them. In case you didn’t know, which you probably don’t, these three amazing vocals form the sub-group of Super Junior, called Super Junior K.R.Y. K.R.Y. stands both for the initials of their names and for the fact that this group specializes in ballad tracks designed to what? Make you cry. Haha, get it? No? Well, the point being…. Sigh, this post should really be called ‘A Bunch of Video Links to Awesome Songs’ shouldn’t it? Hm, well, I guess both work. This is Super Junior K.R.Y.’s ‘The One I Love’ MV with English subs. You should all be grateful to me for providing them.

Watery Eyes

….I’m sorry, but I’m really almost crying right now. If you read my other post on Super Junior, and the previous one, you might get a sense of how much I love them. Now this has nothing to do with the ten week passion challenge, but I just had to put this up here.

If you read my first one, you’ll remember that I mentioned how I knew that Super Junior wouldn’t last forever. I  mean, fifteen members, one isn’t there most of the time, one terminated his contract and left for China, another is in the army, and another one just joined. Plus the two who aren’t officially part of Super Junior, yet part of their family. Just like that, Super Junior’s proud 15 has been dwindled to 9. and there’s another member too busy filming for a drama too far away to join with their normal activities. Super Junior is currently promoting with 8 members. 8 members. That’s the size of a normal group.

Like Super Junior states in the video I’ll be posting, they took pride in the fact that they were different. That they were the second largest music group in the world. Now, I’m about to hate myself. Why am I saying were????? Gosh, they’re still here! Super Junior is always fifteen!

I know. We can say that all we want, but it doesn’t change the facts. And time is still going by, and Super Junior isn’t getting any younger. Their possible disbandment is becoming more and more eminent, and I really just need to heave a deep sigh when I think about that.

What brought on this sudden angst attack? The video I was watching just minutes before this post. I’ll try to post it later on.

Well, it was a variety show called ‘Strong Heart,’ in which idols go on and reveal stories about themselves that the public doesn’t know about. This was a Super Junior Special episode, taken recently in August, right before Heechul enlisted for the army,

If you don’t know, in South Korea (and most Asian countries) there’s a mandatory law that all young men go serve in the army for at least two years. Super Junior are men too, so they also need to enlist. So do all idols. They’re not an exception to the law.

Now Heechul is the second oldest in the entire group, one of the ’83 liners. Leeteuk is the leader and the oldest, the same age as Heechul. Heechul is the group’s total diva, the one who acts cocky and really cool. But he’s just a person too. Heechul’s one of the people who hide their true feelings, but on this show, they can all come out. It’s true for the other members too. I have to say I love the way they address others curiosity about their current situation, and/or their past situations.

In my first post, I talked about how they could have secrets or different personalities away from the camera. I just need to take a moment and take those words back. Super Junior…they can be fake, but I don’t think so. These kinds of bonds cannot be faked. You can’t have worked side by side with others for seven years, like brothers, living together in a dorm, working together, crying together, laughing together, dancing together, singing together…you just can’t fake that bond. You just can’t.

Like I said before, I just love, love, love, love, Super Junior. They mean so much to me, I really am almost crying now. But I have a silent rule regarding Super Junior:

Don’t cry about them during the day.

Do you remember when I said they were the first group to make me cry into my pillow until 2 A.M.? That’s totally true. Because I never cry about them during the day. Do you want to know the reason why?

“Why are crying about them? That’s not good enough a reason to cry.”

“You’re so dumb, crying like that. Who cares?”

“Ha, those people are gay anyways.”

“I told you she was obssessed!!”

Even though I said a lot, I really do care about what other people think of Super Junior. And me. I’m really actually that kind of person. So I just hold back the tears until I can slip quietly into the darkness and sob into my pillow. Doesn’t it sound dramatic?

It’s not. I don’t cry because I’m forcing myself too. I cry because I sincerely feel in my heart about them. Super Junior means THAT much to  me, and more. Way more. Too much. More than the Atlantic Ocean. Or the Pacific. Seriously, Super Junior is the best. The most amazing. The greatest. The most touching. The most beautiful. The most hardworking…etc.

Super Junior is a lot of mosts for me.

Sigh…Sorry, I just kind of really needed to get that off of my shoulders. I just felt so heavy after watching that. And I wonder how the members feel…

By the way, even though I’m posting the video here, it doesn’t mean that you’ll be touched the same way that I am. There’s a lost of stuff talking about the culture of Korea, the way things work there, stuff that happened to Super Junior in the past, their activities…you need to be pretty up to date about Super Junior and K-pop in general to understand it all. But I’ll let you know that I almost cried watching this.

Of course, I laughed too. What I’m putting here is only the last part of the entire episode. Because this part was the most touching one. If you don’t understand it, fine. If you don’t think it’s touching, fine. If you don’t cry, fine. If you don’t watch it, fine. I don’t care. I just need to let some people, or the world, see what Super Junior means to me.

Passion

So, this is the ten week passion challenge. Muahahahaha. Well, this weeks question states:

WHEN DID YOU REALIZE THAT THIS WAS YOU PASSION???

…Well guys, prepares for a really long post.

So, to find out when my passion for Super Junior started, we have to trace the roots back to when I was first introduced to K-pop. My friend that we shall call ‘J’ introduced me to a group called SHINee. She lives rather far away from us, so we met for the first time in three months in a restaurant to eat together. J had her Ipod and was showing me some of the music videos she had there.

First was SHINee’s Ring Ding Dong. I saw it the first time, and I was like: “….Meh…”

Second time: “..Hm….catchy…”

Third time: “..Oh my gosh, I love the dance!”

Fourth time: “WOW I AM OFFICIALLY OBSSESSED.”

Okay, so after that when we went home, I searched it up and Youtube and watched it until I could tell all the members apart and identify them by their voices. Now, by now, you may be thinking, “Seriously? That’s so dumb.” Well I can almost 100% guarantee you that if you are thinking that, you haven’t watched SHINee’s Ring Ding Dong. Trust me, it’s really easy to like. Or dislike. Which ever you prefer.

Well, to go back on topic, what does this have to do with Super Junior? Super Junior has a really famous song called ‘Sorry Sorry,’ and it’s so famous that when you search ‘K-pop’ on Youtube, it will pop out. My parents realized that I was becoming pretty obsessed with SHINee, so they searched K-pop to see what was so good about it.

Ha, I can still remember my dad while watching the Sorry Sorry Music Video: “They have too many people! How can you even tell them apart?” (If you didn’t know, Super Junior has thirteen members, plus the two others in their sub-group.)

And I said: “I know, right? That’s why SHINee is the best!”

Yes, believe it or not, at first, I really didn’t like Super Junior. Do you want to know the reason why? BECAUSE I NEVER LISTENED TO THEIR SONGS.

That’s right. I had never heard one of their songs before and I had already decided I didn’t like them. Why?  Because I was as narrow minded to believe that I didn’t need to like them, and they would automatically be worse than the group I was obsessed with at that time. This, I am quite sure, is many of your problems if you think that Super Junior, or K-pop in general is gay, or lame, or sucky, or they have no singing ability, or WHATEVER. It’s because you’ve NEVER TRIED TO ACTUALLY LISTEN AND WATCH. By listen and watch, I don’t mean opening the page on your internet browser and watching it. No, I mean opening the page on your internet browser and watching it with an OPEN MIND and with a FRESH MINDSET. Don’t watch with something in your head going, “Ah, might as well. It will suck anyways.” Then if you think that, what you see will suck. Don’t think, “Pssshaw…all Koreans are gay…” Apart from being racist, that’s not something you can decide. Don’t think, “What the heck is with thier hair??” or “I can do that dance in ten minutes while they probably spent two years learning it.” or “Blah blah blah, I don’t care. I’m just watching this because my friend made me…”

Like I said, that is NOT listening and watching. That is what I shall refer to as being blind. BLIND, do you hear? You are closing your eyes, your ears, your mind, your heart. You are refusing to SEE. Now, if you can watch the video with an open mindset and still don’t like it, then that is PERFECTLY fine. Then I’ll at least know you tried to give it a chance. But don’t BASH just because you like another artist more! Instead of wasting your time on one group’s MV and saying how you think _______ is prettier than _______ and how __________ is so gay, go on the group that you likes music video and actually say (where your comment belongs) that___________ is so pretty! Gosh, it’s that simple!

…..  Mr. Simple, Simple…. Sorry. Super Junior’s fifth album, Mr. Simple. Go check it out, it’s epic.

Right. So, around this time, I actually decided to watch a Super Junior Music Video, more specifically, their most famous one of, ‘Sorry Sorry.’ And let me tell you, from the intro to the end, I was completely entranced. There’s no other way to say it. I was staring at the screen until it seemed like I was about to kiss it. I had never, ever seen thirteen people dance so in sync, like a fine tuned machine, nor heard a song so catchy and amazing as Sorry Sorry.

After that, I dedicated much of my free time to finding more Super Junior music videos, learning the members faces, finding out their information (like an internet stalker!), and in general, learning about Super Junior. I learned a lot.

Now, I can name EVERY SINGLE ONE of their music videos. I’ve memorized the order members come in during songs just because of how many times I’ve listened to it, over and over and over again. Even if I couldn’t, I’d be able to identify them by their voices. I know every single incident they’ve been in, all the car accidents, all the concerts, all the big happenings. Sure, there’s a lot of stuff I don’t know, but the important thing is, I do know something. I know a lot.

Ever since then, my love for Super Junior has never died. Sometimes when I discover a new group, or listen to a new song, I think, “Oh…this might be better than Super Junior!”

But the end result is always the same. Listen to it a few times in a row, and I’m sick and tired of it. Super Junior, I can listen to one song for an entire day and still want to listen to it more and more and more and more.

…We’re really off topic now. Well, not really,  because it’s still all about Super Junior, also known as my passion. But when did I realize that Super Junior was my passion? A long time ago. And even though at first I didn’t like them because I had never heard them in actuality, I gave them a chance, and now I’m obsessed. Thank you for your time.
